This Chakra Nova class was very insightful and intentional. I attended this class live a few months after giving birth and it helped me to go back into the sacred space of intentional spirituality and daily practices. I learned a lot about the human anatomy and how our physical body and hormones affect the sacral chakra. The guided meditation and breathing practices were really helpful to center me and bring the energy up and through my pelvic area. After these meditations i felt my energy moving and electricity travelling more fluidly throughout my body. I still return to these meditations combined with the pelvic exercises. Ase
