Let me start by giving thanks to Kyree, for creating then nurturing spaces where true spiritual growth and healing occur. That's Love! 💜 I grabbed the Chakra Nova Intensive to add to our homeschool curriculum, knowing it'd be beneficial for the whole fam. I noticed that Me, my partner and my little one were storing tension in different areas of our bodies. When the stretching, exercising, herbs and plant-based lifestyle didn't bring relief, I knew the discomfort and pain we were experiencing was emotional, and we needed to go deeper to release and find relief! We've only had the Root Chakra activation course so far and my hip pain went from an 8.5/9 down to a 2!!! The pain had been present for at least two months, gradually increasing! My little one feels stronger and she's able to do exercises that she hadn't been able to do for months, before taking the course! The emotional release and physical relief have been profound! The discord community is so encouraging and it's been beautiful to journey alongside those who are intentional about true spiritual growth. Again, gratitude for creating the space Hood.
