What is Womb Steaming?

Highly Recommended product! I've been using Mama Mystic's Womb Steam for a year now and my periods have become regular/consistent and comfortable. I also experience less cramping, lighter bleeding, and shorter cycles as I continue to steam. Before this product I suffered with PCOS symptoms and menstrual irregularity.
